Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your date.

• Full balance must be paid before image delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Retainers are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• Client cancellations forfeit the retainer.

Turnaround Time

Standard delivery timeframes vary by shoot type and season and will be communicated clearly at booking.

Artistic Style

By booking, you acknowledge familiarity with the photographer’s editing style and agree that style consistency is part of the service.

Limitation of Liability

In rare cases of equipment failure, data loss, injury, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
